In July 2024, Barnardo’s tasked Wind & Foster with creating powerful visual content for their Winter Appeal. This campaign addressed the stark realities of child poverty during the festive season, with the urgent call to action: Don’t let poverty steal a child’s Christmas.

Delivering under pressure
With limited time, we led on strategy, casting, location management, creative direction, and production to deliver emotive still and moving images. Every piece reflected the heartbreak of stolen Christmas moments while inspiring audiences to donate.

Bringing stories to life
Our imagery told stories of children left out of the magic of Christmas, capturing moments of longing alongside glimpses of hope. By aligning our visuals with Barnardo’s messaging, we ensured the campaign resonated deeply, driving both donations and awareness.
