The brief
The message was simple. ‘Business as usual’ is incredibly harmful. Today's society demands businesses pursue more than just profit. KPMG stands out with its global capacity to transform the systems leading us towards climate change. Our task was to realign this established firm with a purpose fit for today.
Listening to the right voices
Wind & Foster set out to really get to know KPMG – who they were, and where they were. We began by carrying out gap analysis and interviews, as well as a deep dive into the company before forming a strategy that would take them forward.
Humanising a complex message
Our strategy was spearheaded by a series of ten films which told the truth – the hard-hitting facts about our changing world and why leaders need to seize this opportunity to transform.
Our Impact
In collaboration with KPMG’s global leadership, we developed a peer-to-peer film series designed to reshape the conversation at the highest levels of business. We captured insights from over 50 chief executives, each reflecting on why KPMG must drive transformative change.
