As part of her recent Inaugural address, ICE President Rachel Skinner launched a specially commissioned film – Shaping Zero, produced by Wind & Foster.
In this new take on a presidential address, Rachel Skinner explores the impact of civil engineering and where exactly it fits within climate change. Is the profession adapting or does the fabric of the industry require radical change? It’s a question the film poses.
The film presented by ICE President, Rachel Skinner frames the debate and paints a picture of the climate change conversation with contributions from Sir Ranulph Fiennes, Amber Rudd, Sir Tim Smit, Lord Deben and The Mayor of Los Angeles and has been viewed by several thousand people nationwide.
